I enjoyed Elyse's presentation more than any speaker so far in our class. She had spunk and personality. She really gave our class insight into the industry and how awesome, yet stressful it can be. Other speakers seem to just try and scare away the class from pursuing jobs in the retail industry. She really loves her job and I thought her graphic design was so awesome. I won some of her company's fabric and I'm giving it to my friend to make a dress out of. I really enjoyed hearing about how she met Jay from Project Runway. I'm obsessed with that TV show and it really makes you wonder if you'll ever get to work with someone of that status. I respect the fact that she didn't major in CARS, but she is part of it with her career because I'm not majoring in CARS either.
